Blake really went the extra mile for my wife and I. We are first time home buyers and Blake really took the time to walk us through everything. He was kind and patient. He fought for us on many occasions by getting the seller to uphold his end of the bargain by fixing issues with the home before escrow closed. Thanks a million Blake!

Don, was very responsive. Helped me close a deal on the same property after 3 offers. Don was very fast, friendly, and efficient.Don was able to get me my original offer as well as a home warranty.

Dominic helped us negotiate the purchase of our condo. He kept us appraised of all changes or needs in the negotiation. He was very accessible and always responded to our calls promptly. Dominic also kept track of the paperwork that was required to finish the purchase and made sure that we were on track to completing everything. Finally, when all was said and done, he went above and beyond the call of duty by being available to receive a dishwasher at the new residence and finding a team to install it. We do not live in the area and he made the installation of the dishwasher worry-free and easy. We so appreciate his attention to detail, generosity with his time, and consideration. Dominic is a real gem and we were lucky to have worked with him. If you choose him as your agent, you will be glad you did!

Myrna did an incredible Job selling my mother's home. She is extremely knowledge, detail oriented and understands the real estate industry to the max. Myrna kept me in the loop through this entire sale. She knows how to prepare a home to sell in an incredible manner. She is extremely kind and puts you at ease in such a stressful time. Our house sold in 3 days with multiple offers. If you are looking for a top notch agent...Myrna Peterson is the one!

Myrna is amazing and was so awesome to work with. She sold a condo for us in a couple days over asking and we had the money in our account by the end of the week. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient the whole experience was. Myrna is not only good at selling, but she listens to your needs, answers all your questions immediately, constantly communicates with you about what is going on and what needs to be done and knows how to get things completed quickly. If your buying or selling a home, Myrna is your realtor!

James is AMAZING! He’s personable, fun and made the home buying process super easy and smooth. He was patient with us while we took our time trying to find a home we would love, and answered all our questions no matter when we asked! He was wonderful to work with, and I'll recommend him to everyone looking for a new home!!

Myrna was amazing start to finish. She helped me buy my first home and was very patient, supportive and above all knowledgeable. We found the right place that had all the features I wanted and she negotiated a great deal. Myrna is very personable and works hard for you. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Felicia was my rock when I was purchasing our mobile home. She responded to me quickly when I had questions. When the underwriters wanted me to jump through too many hoops and I was ready to walk away, Felicia came through with a solution. Her negotiating skills kept money in my pocket. Felicia is knowledgeable, fair and easy to work with. I now own a beautiful home thanks to Felicia.

Nicole is a great, knowledgeable and skilled realtor. She helped my mom and I find the perfect home. She knew the area around Murrieta, Temecula and Hemet. She was always responsive to any questions or concerns and always came with a positive attitude. I will recommend her to anyone. Her negation skills were professional and would definitely work with her again. She was highly flexible with her time and that I respect. Thanks again Nicole from the bottom of hearts.

Nicole has been a great help throughout the entire home buying process! She was present and kept in contact which was amazing! She is knowledgeable and professional, she answered all of our questions without delay and I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends and family! I think she adds so much value to the community by her real estate expertise, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My experience with James was a nice and pleasant one He never gave up on us he help us to the end . He help us get a nice mobile home. He never got mad with us even though we where some time to deal with he knew what to do and say and just help us get what we need . If I need to sell or buy a other home I would call him and I would referral to a friend or family member that’s for sure

We have sold two houses with Myrna. It was a seamless process for us. Myrna did all the prep and hiring for work to get it ready. She gave valuable insight as to return on investment (ie.staging, painting etc) what made sense from a financial perspective and what would not have a return. She had solid knowledge of local market values. One house we would have listed dramatically below the market value because we were uneducated on the value. The other house we overestimated the value and she helped us list it at an appropriate price. Hitting the correct price point on a listing makes such a difference in the sale. Her communication was always prompt. We never had to wait. She was also good with reminding us when we drop the ball on things we needed to attend to.

Myrna has helped us tremendously over the last several years with the sale and purchase of properties. Real estate transactions can take a painfully long amount of time, but with the guidance and expertise of the Peterson team, this process was faster and less painful than we imagined. Myrna clearly communicated each step of the process to us, and were always available to field the multitude of questions we had presented…and believe me, we are a couple that likes to ask a lot of questions! As with life, there are always hiccups along the way, and Myrna addressed these minor items during our transactions with the confidence and knowledge you’d expect from a top tier real estate agent. After each of our real estate sale and purchases, we were left feeling at ease, well taken care of, and that no stone was left unturned. All in all, Myrna has the upmost real estate acumen to close a deal. This is demonstrated in the fact that my husband and I are the only couple we know of who’ve had their very first offers accepted on multiple properties in the last 10 years! Throughout the years we have work with Myrna we find ourselves saying “how could we have done this without her?” and “who could we trust more than Myrna to make our real estate goals a reality?”. We have recommended (and will continue to recommend) Myrna to our friends and family for all their real estate needs. Starting the real estate transaction process, you might think Myrna as just your real estate agent, but when you’ve completed your real state transaction

He was accommodating in every step of the process regarding buying our home. I highly recommend him as your real estate agent. James, Thank you again

Edit was the best person to work with!! Very attentive, smart, and kind! I appreciate all of her help with this purchase. I could not have done it without her and now we found our forever home.

Stephanie was a complete blessing as we navigated to world of real estate. We had several bumps in the road as we sold our family home. It was a much longer journey than we had anticipated it would be, but Stephanie kept us calm through all the ups and down. We never had questions along the way because she always seemed to be one step ahead of us and knew what we were going to ask, before we even asked. Stephanie was always going above-and -beyond in making sure everything was done, on time and correctly! I'm positive she did more to help us close on our home than any other person involved in the entire process. I can not recommend her skills and professionalism enough. She would be a great asset for anyone interested in selling a home!

True professional, always has the answers. He went above and beyond from start to end of the selling process ! I recommend Ryan Street for buying or selling homes in the Southern California Region

Myrna is a pro! She was recommended to me by multiple people. We met with her about looking for a larger home and she asked us what we wanted and wished for in the next location and space. She found the 'perfect' home! It was everything that we wanted and more. Our current home needed to be sold quickly so that we could make an offer on our dream home. Myrna came in with her team and very quickly got the house ready to show (paint, unfinished projects, sprucing). She priced the house to maximize the open house foot traffic and we had multiple offers immediately well over asking price! The negotiations were smooth and she walked us through the entire process. My husband and I were very happy with final sale and purchase prices on both transactions. We highly recommend Myrna!

James is very professional & goes above and beyond for his clients. I’d recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re purchasing your first home. Hoping to work with James in the future if times allow it. Great person, easy to working with and get along, also his passion for the industry really shows. He takes time to review all documents and answers all questions that you may have. Overall great experience working with James.

Kai is amazing! She is very passionate about her job and pleasing her clients. She is the most thorough, organized, and fast action agent I’ve ever done business with. She makes everything so easy you can sign, check, and confirm everything from your phone. She got me and my fiancée in our new place very fast and comfortably. I would 10/10 recommend Kai for your real estate needs.
